Biography

He is found on the 1790 Census in Chatham County, NC. Moved with his family to Wilkes Co (now Alexander Co.) and bought land in 1797. Found on the 1800 and 1810 Censuses in Wilkes Co.

1786, Aug - Chatham County, NC Deed Book D119 Mrs Frances Watts buys from Isaac and wife Nancy Teague land "from Frederick Siler's line to Francis Teague's line to Benjamin Watt's line to William Teague's line"... Witnesses: Samuel McDaniel and Thomas Forrester
