Anne was born about 1695. She is the daughter of John Test and Grace Wooley.
1) Anne's Brother, Edward, in his 1759 will lists "Ann Dennis." Thus, it seems that Anne may have also had another marriage before 1759[1].
Samuel Dennis (1732-) may have married Anne. Richard Flanagin, 5/12/2022.
More likely the elder Samuel Dennis, may have married Anne Test. His wife was named Ann in Friends birth records of his children, and he appears to have left a widow Anne in 1735 (transcribed probate records). Not seeing record of this Anne's marriage to John Smith, and the notation on Smith's profile that he is conflated with a nephew who died in 1749, I've set an unmerged match of Ann-Unknown and this Anne Test. H. Kleine.
2) John Shepard and Ann Dennis pass meeting 28 Jun 1751.
