Biography

The daughter of Ulysses Towns and Ruby (Norman) Towns, Shirley was born in Bay City in 1925. In 1930, the family lived in Detroit, where her father worked as a maintenance man for a life insurance company.[1][2] She married Richard William Clark (1925-), the son of Raymond Aloysius Clark and Cecelia McGreevey, in East Detroit on October 24, 1952.[3] She passed away at the age of 81, residing last in Tampa, Florida.[4] She is buried at Saint Patricks Cemetery in Junction City, Ohio.[5]
