John Tucker was born on December 16, 1655 in Southampton, Bermuda, son of George Tucker (abt. 1620–abt. 1663) and Frances St George (abt. 1624–abt. 1660).
John died before March 31, 1715, aged about 59.

His dated will does not pronounce any living children. He bequeths much to siblings, neices and nephews and non-family members.
