The following will was proven in open court on the day and year above mentioned by two of the subscribing witnesses to wit, Edward Rolf and David Briney, which is in the word and tenor following, to wit,
In the name of God, Amen, I, Michael Tullis of the Township of Deerfield, County of Warren and state of OH being in a low state of health is retaining the perfect use of my mental powers to be this make my last will, and first, it is my will that my just debts be fully paid, and secondly, that my wife Elenor Tullis is to have all my remaining property and keep it in her possession and do with it as may be best pleasing to her for the benefit of the children until the youngest child shall be of age at which time my wife is to have the third of the remainders and rest is to be equally divided among the children, and thirdly, it is my will that my wife Elenor shall be the sole executrix and I do give her full power to act as such in testimony where of I shall hereunto set my hand and seal this 7th day of Nov., 1811.
