She is referred to as Mirab on her father James Oates' estate distribution, her indenture with her brother James Oates, her mother Mary's Last Will and Testament, and her payments from her husband Alfred's estate.
Looked for her Possible 2nd Marriage, and a Marriage came up to a Daniel Morgan (transcribed as Margan). No ages or whether either had been previously married is stated. Daniel married Mary A. Brown on 29 July 1857 in Fayette, Georgia, United States.[4]
