James Alexander Upton was born in 1856 in Williamstown, Victoria, Australia, son of James Upton and Beatrice Smith[1].
James Upton was born in the Colony of Victoria (1851-1900)
His sister was Emma (Upton) Myors (1852 - 1932).
James married Grace Grimmett in 1891 in Parkes, New South Wales, Australia[2]. Their daughter was Beatrice Upton (1896 - 1979).
James died in May 1901 in Sydney, New South Wales [3].
