Biography

Marjorie was born in 1913, daughter of Harry Calvert Verney 4th Bt. (1881-1974), and Rachel Catherine (Bruce) Verney (1890-1964), daughter of Victor Alexander Bruce KG, 13th Earl of Kincardine. She married Capt. Julian Guy Tryon in 1944 and they had two children. After Julian died in 1950, she remarried to Sir Ronald Montague Joseph Harris in 1957. She passed away in 1986.

Marjorie Verney was born on 21 June 1913[1] Her birth was registered in the district of St George Hanover Square, London, England.[2].

Marriage

Captain Julian Guy Tryon married Marjorie Verney on 8 March 1944.[3]
Sir Ronald Montague Joseph Harris married Marjorie (Verney) Tryon on 3 October 1957 [4] in Surrey, England.[5].

Death

Lady Marjorie Harris of Slyfield Farm House, Stoke D'abernon, Cobham, Surrey[6] died aged 73 on 20 December 1986. [1] Her death was registered at Crawley, West Sussex, England.[7].
