Mary (Vinson) Stutts was born in Appalachia, in Mississippi.

Mary was born in 1851. She was the daughter of Hiram Vinson and Martha Kendall. She passed away in 1905.

He is living next door to his brother, Jesse Vinson Jr. For some reason, the son, William Meridith Vinson isn't listed - THOUGH Sarah is listed the age that he would have been.. As you can see the census taker, got some of the children out of order as they should be Nancy, John, (then my Meridith who is missing) , then Mary. Also, please note that Sarah SHOULD HAVE BEEN 8 and it was Meredith (the one who was left out) that was age 11.
