His will is dated 26 April 1749 in Marshfield and proved on 4 February 1750/51 in Plymouth. He is a blacksmith. He mentions his wife Bethia, and his children, Isaac Walker, Abraham Walker (executor), Bethia Mosher, and Lydia Sherman.^[1]

Recorded In 1763, his children signed a receipt for their share of his estate.^[2]
