The Find A Grave memorial claims the information came from "(source: the book "Cemeteries of the City of Hampton, Virginia/formerly Elizabeth City County")". I believe that the book referenced is

ISBN-10: 078844462X ISBN-13: 978-0788444623

"Cemeteries of the City of Hampton, Virginia, Formerly Elizabeth City County" by Barry W. Miles Edited by James H. Mero and Joseph A. Atkins. Heritage Books Inc. (May 1, 2009) Paperback – 292 pages

It might be useful to borrow a copy from your local library or through interlibrary loan. Perhaps additional information may be gleened from this reference book.

I found it online for sale through a number of retailers in both new and used conditions. To find the lowest cost I use http://www.bookfinder.com for current pricing and availability. Or, if cost isn't an concern, Amazon has it listed at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/078844462X/refolp_product_details?ieUTF8&me=
