Rebecca was born to Hannah and Isaac Wanty at Thorney, Cambridgeshire, England in 1779.[1][2] She and her husband George Bartie,[3] a labourer in Wisbeach-St. Mary, Cambridge, England, United Kingdom had five children: John (1810) ,[4][5] Ann (1813, Tholomas Drove, Wisbech St Mary's),[6][7][8][9] George (1816, Wisbech St Mary)[10][11][12] James (1820),[13][14] and Rebecca (1822, Sandbank, Wisbech St Mary)[15][16][17] Mother Rebecca passed away at age 50 and was buried in Wisbeach on 28 February 1831.[2][18]
