Jane Ware, daughter of Nathaniel Ware and Jane Cook, was born 4 Nov 1723 in Needham, Suffolk [Norfolk] County, Massachusetts.[1]
She married c.1751 Nathaniel Chamberlain,[2] son of Abraham & Mary Chamberlain of Roxbury.[3][4]
Lived in Needham in fork of Pine and Charles River streets.[5]
Her husband served in the French & Indian War and, as a Minuteman in the Revolutionary War, he was killed at West Cambridge (Arlington) by the British retreating from Concord 28 Nov 1775,[6] leaving her a widow with three children.
Date of her death is unknown; not in the Needham records.
