Etta was born about 1864. She was probably married to George Harrison Shires around 1880. They had at least one son by 1882.[1]
Research Notes
George supposedly had another son, William, in 1882. One wonders if the birth record for James Harrison Shires is transcribed incorrectly, and they were actually twins, with the mother's name simply being Etta. Without an image of the birth record or any other documentation about her, details about Etta and her relationships are difficult to confirm.
