Biography

Birth

Dorcas was born in Churchill, Oxfordshire^[1], and was baptised in the parish at All Saints on 10th June 1832.^[2] She was the daughter of David Webb and Jane. Her father stated on the register that he was a baker.

In April 1861, Dorcas was living at Kingham with her husband and five children. Her husband was working as a carrier.^[1]

Her husband Henry died in 1896.

In April 1911, Dorcas was living at Eyke Street, Woodbridge in Suffolk with her daughter and son-in-law, Emma and Mark Whitlock, and two of their children.^[3]

Dorcas Lane died in 1914. ^[4]
