1871: Agricultural Labourer resident at Beckley, Sussex, England.[15]
1881: Ag Lab resident at Westfield, Sussex, England.[16]
1884: Death aged 68 registered Q1 at Cranbrook, Kent, England.[17]
Research Notes
Not the son of James Wenham, since he gives his father's name as John in his marriage record.[2] He may be the natural son of pauper Philadelphia Stone, christened in Westfield on 24 March 1816, whose name is uncertainly transcribed by the Sussex Family History Group as James Manham(?) Stone.[18]
