Biography
Joseph Wheeler was born 23 Jan 1747, to Richard Wheeler and Anna (Pellet) Wheeler in Stonington, Connecticut Colony. He was their third child.
He married Prudence Palmer. They had 8 children during the timeframe through August 1789.
