Biography

When Jacob White was born on 19 March 1776, in Shrewsbury, Monmouth, New Jersey, United States, his father, John White, was 30 and his mother, Catharine Bonham, was 27. He married Rachel Brittain about 1797. They were the parents of at least 10 sons and 3 daughters. He died on 25 May 1853, in Tallmadge, Summit, Ohio, United States, at the age of 77, and was buried in Akron, Summit, Ohio, United States.
