Mary White was born January 15, 1799, in Pulaski County, Kentucky, to parents Reverend Wesley White and his wife, Elizabeth.

• 1810 Census: Wesley White lived in Somerset, Pulaski, Kentucky, with two male under age 10, one male age 26-45 (Wesley, 39), four females under age 10, two females ages 10-16 (Mary, 11, and Milinda, 14), and one female age 26-45 (wife, Elizabeth)^[1]
• 1820 Census: Westly (sic) White lived in Somerset, Pulaski County, Kentucky, with one male under age 10 (John Fletcher, age 5), one male 10-16, one male 16-18 (Silas, 18), one male 16-26 (Silas, 18), one male 45 and up, three females under age 10 (Lucretia, 6, and ?), two females 10-16, one female 16-26 (Mary, 21), and one female age 45 and up (Elizabeth).^[2]
• 1820/21 Marriage: Mary White (age 21 or 22) married John Jones (age 28 or 29) on May 29, 1820 or 1821, in Pulaski County, Kentucky. They had five children: Nancy, Albert, Ellerige, Sarah, and Green.
