Providence was born about 1768 in North Carolina [1]. She married John Crutchfield [2]. She died sometime after the 1850 census, probably in Claiborne County, Tennessee [1].

Research notes

Surry County formed in 1771. Prior to that, it was Rowan County. Thus, birth location marked as Rowan County.
