John was born in 1694/95. He was the son of John Whiting and Mary Billings Whiting. He passed away in 1755, and was buried at Union Street Cemetery, Franklin, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.^[1] He married Mary Wight they had seven children Mary , John , Elizabeth, Jonathan , Abigail , Asa Whiting and Joseph Whiting all born in Wrentham, Norfolk, Massachusetts.
