He passed away about 1823. He is buried at Bristol Center Cemetery.[3] A "new" headstone placed in front of an old illegible headstone states that Ephriam served in Captain Braw's Company, 18th Regiment, Conn Militia, Revolutionary War. List life as 1749-1823, vice 1744 - 1822.
