Confusion about two An(ne)tjes Wyckoff
There is long-standing confusion about the parents of Annetje Garretse Wyckoff, born September 1, 1693, and Antje Claeses Wyckoff born 1693. Claims have been historically made in trees that Annetje Garretse is daughter of Nicholas 'Claes' Pieterse Wyckoff. However, it is clear by her patronym Garretse that Annetje is instead the daughter of Nicholas' brother, Garret Pieterse Wyckoff who married Catherine Johanna Nevius. Annetje reportedly married Stephen Janse Schenck abt 1725, and had 10 Schenck children by him. However, Annetje Gerretse or Antje married Minnie Lucas Van Voorhees on August 25, 1717, and had at least four children by him through the early 1720s, and that husband Minnie lived until Abt. September 20, 1733. So there may be conflation of two women in the sources. One of the two daughters, identified as Antje Claeses Wyckoff daughter of Nicholas, by a descendant of Antje, who is an active member and historian with Wykoff Family of America, reports that Antje Claeses (Wyckoff) Schenck died 15 Jul 1766 Kings Co. NY.

Could Wyckoff-337 be the same person? I’ve added pages of her father’s will on her profile that references the questions that have been asked on your profile regarding a Minnie.
According the info Minne married second Lammetje Strycker, this would mean, Antje died before 20 September 1733, and the will probably was written because it was his second marriage ?
It looks like both Wyckoff brothers had a daughter named Antje, Garrets daughter marrying Minne Lucas Van Voorhees and Nicholas's daughter marrying Stephen Janse Schenck.. In the Netherlands it was quite common, all siblings of a family would use the naming system, so name their children after the grandparents and so on. So it's very well possible and not really strange there were two Annetjes or Antjes Wyckoff.
