Ella, the second daughter and third of eight children of Edward Wyman and Elizabeth Hadley was born on 25 January 1844 at Boston, Massachusetts.
In 1860, Ella, 17 years of age and born in Massachusetts was living with her father, Edward (45 years, occupation White Lead & Oil Manufacturing) at St. Louis, Missouri along with siblings Henry (19 years, born at Illinois, occupation Salesman), Martha (19 years, born at Maine), Ella (17 years, born at Massachusetts), Charles H. (15 years), Walter (13 years), Frank (11 years) and Florence (6 years) all born at Missouri, as well as Fanny Holmes (19 years, born at Illinois, occupation Governess), Margaret Conner (26 years) and Lizzie O'Neil (24 years) both born in Ireland and both employed as servants.[1] [2]
Ella Wyman died on 4 March 1863 in her 19th year at St. Louis, Missouri.[3]She is buried with other family in the Bellefontaine Cemetery at St. Louis, St. Louis City, Missouri.[4]
