Charlotte is a life long resident of Ohio and most of the years have been spent in Morrow county. Early years were spent on the family farm and later in the small town of Chesterville, nearby. She grew up around extended family in the rural county.
Charlotte is a retired high school teacher. Awarded bachelor of science degree in education from The Ohio State University. Awarded a master of art in teaching and learning from Nova Southeastern University.
Her interests include genealogy, exercise, politics.
