John immigrated in 1637 on the ship Mary Anne with his parents, older brother Daniel and older sister Elizabeth. They lived at Salem MA for two or three years and then lived at Dedham until 1649. They then went to Wenham MA. In 1654, a John Killam was living in Wenham.
