In response to your comment, you are at the Family Member level, and there, you will see ads for related sites that keep WIkiTree 100% free for members. This page explains the levels: Membership information.
All information for WIkiTree is accessible at the Help tab at the top-right of the profile, and Help Search; anything else on the page for other sites won't show at the full member level when you sign the Honor Code.
To explore what might already be on WIkiTree for your ancestors, these tips will help.
