It's time for a One Name Studies Project check-in!
Could you please advise me which One Name Studies you're still actively coordinating, i.e. maintaining the main study page and associated research pages, and replying to queries/comments from members.
You can respond to this message by posting a reply below or sending me a private message on WikiTree. I look forward to hearing from you!
If I don’t receive your response within the next three weeks, I’ll assume that your interests have changed or you are no longer able to coordinate any One Name Studies, and you'll be removed from the project.
Hello Cousin Rob! it seems that we are 6th cousins once removed and related through the ELDER family line. I am still not anywhere near expert in genealogy but i sure have fun with it! my big thing now is to follow the Elder family backwards and see where and who they were in Europe before they came to the States or Colonies. their family connects up to some cool names i have found. well stay safe and healthy!
It's good to see you active at WikiTree now that your Challenge week is over. You might be interested in some of the tips and tricks that we have included in the How-Tos that we share with new members these days. They were created long after you became a member so you never received them.
Thanks for taking responsibility for the Orphaned Profiles. This After Adopting Orphans FAQ explains the special attention adopted profiles will sometimes need from their profile managers. One quick way to find the profiles you adopted is by searching your Contributions List for the word "adopted" and "manager." You can find a quick link to your Contributions List in the My WikiTree dropdown menu.
I'll bet most of the GEDCOM profiles got cleaned up but, in case, if any of these that you have taken responsibility for need GEDCOM cleanup, the AGC tool can help with formatting so that you can concentrate on the research. You can read more about it in the WikiTree AGC FAQ.

I see that you just did the Pre-1700 Self-Certification. That's great! Participation in a project is strongly encouraged for those wishing to edit Pre-1700 profiles. It looks like you have joined the One Name Studies Project, so you're all set! Let me know if I can help you find anything else you might need. Welcome aboard!
Rob, would you check out the merge I suggested of Greene-2703 and Green-11438. Is yours the son of Robert (son of Gov.) Thos. Greene) and Mary Boarman? I would be ok with the later generations being spelled Green. Thanks

This profile has a database error (DBE#778) in the way that the last name at birth has been formatted.
Could you please either correct the name or add me to the trusted list and I'll fix it.
Thank you
