Hello! My name is Zack, and I've been interested in expanding and increasing the accuracy of my family tree database. I've spent the last few months on ancestory.com, and have had some really fantastic bouts of luck from my family uncovering saved family records. This seems like a great next logical step in progressing. If my work can be helpful to others in the community, that's a wonderful bonus.

I noticed you plan to or already uploaded a GEDCOM. Here's a link to instructions on the step-by-step gedcom import at WikiTree , including screenshots that you might find helpful. You might also want to check out our gedom instructions

Please keep in mind that our vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person. Thank you for taking the time to go through your gedmatches at WikiTree when you upload your gecom.

TIP: if your ancestor was born over two hundred years ago, there's a very good chance she/he already has a profile on wikitree.
