Where was Elizabeth Boulton (1680-1761) born?

Question

She married John J. Smithson in 1704 in Louisa County, VA. He emigrated that year to VA, perhaps for a three year indenture. Did she come with him or was she born in the VA colony? Ancestry.com trees seem to have her confused with an Elizabeth Bolton who emigrated with her family to Philadelphia.
