Hello. I've noticed a number of questions on the Faucett family. Some of the answers appear to show many false genealogies for the ancestors of the family in North Carolina are found other places. Are you a member of WikiTree? If not, have you considered joining so that members might more readily collaborate with you and establish profiles for the family in WikiTree?

The most cited Father is Richard Fawcet (Faucett), Vicar of Newcastle 1714-1782 but the facts just don't line up.  There's plenty of UK documentation to show the above to have died and been buried in Durham, England.  Many other sources, trees, etc., show him to have immigrated to American and dying and being buried in Orange County NC
