It looks like You haven't actually started loading the records yet from your Gedcom yet.
If you have not already done so, review this page Help for GEDCOMpare process. You will have to go through all the profiles on your Gedcom, one at a time, to see if they already exist on wikitree. Once that compare process has been completed. Then you can start adding profiles from the Gedcom into wikitree, but it only allows you to do that once you have reviewed all the records on your Gedcom. Hopefully it is a fairly small file. If it is large, create one with 20 - 50 records, especially for the first time.
