There are 512 individuals with the Dunford surname at WikiTree. If you would like to see that list, just click on "Find" at the upper right of this WikiTree page, after that menu opens up, look for the word "Surnames" type in any surname you like and you will be able to see the lists.

Don't be reluctant to ask questions. There are many at WikiTree who will be able and willing to answer questions.
