I did some research and cleanup and wrote a bio for this pre-Revolutionary immigrant to Virginia (although his known children still need work and his wife should probably be LNAB "Unknown", so still work to be done). He seems to be S.C. and I'm raising the issue of possible project protection because, given the original co-mingling with the son of John Wingfield, Herald of York, it seems likely that people might try to re-attach incorrect parents or disputed children.
