HOW DO I ADD MY ANCESTRYDNA TEST RESULTS TO MY ACCOUNT

On the top right of your profile page (and most other pages) click on the "Add" button. In the drop-down box the first item is DNA so click on that and follow the prompts.

Wikitree doesn't store the actual DNA detail, just what test(s) you have taken, and whether you've uploaded your DNA data to a site like Gedmatch.  It takes about 24 hours after you enter your test information for it to propagate back through your tree.
