Australian sticker does not work correctly

Question

Does anyone know why this sticker does not work correctly, I guess it is not in the correct format

{{Australia Sticker|Victoria|Winchelsea}}

It is not showing the person was born in Winchelsea, Victoria, Australia it only shows Victoria, Australia

Looking at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Template:Australia_Sticker it does suggest that only the States and territories listed as options will work. 

Every sticker will have different parameters of what will and won't work. Some will create categories whereas others have free form text options. Others have set values that can only be used. It is best to check the descriptions of the stickers which should be found on the https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Stickers pages to be certain.

My guess is that, when the Australia Sticker was created, it was not coded to accept two parameters (like Victoria|Winchelsea)

The Australia sticker only has one parameter, for the state, see the template page. So it should be {{Australia Sticker|Victoria}}

You may want to use a category instead eg [[Category:Winchelsea, Victoria]]
above the

line, stickers go below the line.
