Notable profile

Question

I have a profile that I feel deserves to be notable but unsure how to categorize and how to use the notable sticker.

Some help from a mentor would be nice.

To use the Notable Sticker for this profile you would place {{Notable Sticker| South African Notables}} on the profile. It would include the profile in the following categories of Category: South African Notables and Category:Notables .

And please note that {{Notables Sticker|South African Notables}} goes immediately under the ==Biography== heading in the box on the Edit tab.

It doesn't look like he has a Wikipedia page (an automatic eligibility requirement for a Notables sticker).  Is he in a National Biography or something similar?

In which case, his page is not in enough languages to qualify as a Notable.  I think it needs to be in at least 3.

Three languages is for Living Notables to have an open (yellow lock) profile.

Deceased only need to qualify for one, but having one is an automatic qualifier for the Sticker.

I'm trying to improve his Wikipedia profile. It's another work in progress, but again I have difficulty finding my way around the citation improvements.
