There was a Willard Harris Reid who died or was buried on 12/11/1947 at Mount Royal Cemetery in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. There were also several named Charles Reid buried there in 1937, 1984, and in 1996. Could any of these Charles Reids be the one you are asking about?

I am not sure Frank, I think Willard Alison Reid came from New Brunswick but

when Charles Gordon Reid was married he was at the wedding of his son in Ottawa, Canada 1957. He at that time was living in Ottawa with his wife.

Chris, I have Charles Gordon Reid married to Annie Maud Hovey with daughters, Mildred Margaret Reid, Bertie Ada Reid, Leanette Bessie Reid, and sons Wilmot Robert Reid, and Frank Cyrus Reid. For the mother of Frank Cyrus it shows Annie Maude Haney which I beilieve to be Hovey.

This does not answer your original question, but I have had difficulty finding answers. My Canadian ancestors lived in Orillia and other locations around Simcoe County.

Charles Gordon Reid was Born in 1931 in Quebec I guess and his father I have just found. These Reid seem to go from Quebec and back in New Brunswick.

of all places when I was looking in New Brunswick. I do not know how to get into

this collection to look for other sibings.

I found the Charles B Reid above also in Quebec. So, like I said they seem to go

back and forth from Quebec to New Brunswick.
