WikiTree + is not working?

Question

I don't know if it is my computer, the fibre optic line or WikiTree +, but I am unable to query results on WikiTree +. I am not getting a spinning beach ball or anything like that. Just a frowny face in the middle of the screen...

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Jim. It started working again but now my sourcerer extension has disappeared. I went to manage My Extensions and it is installed and turned on.

I am beginning to think it is my computer, :(

Commiserations, Loretta. I don't know much about extensions, but can you maybe turn it off then on again on the Manage screen?

There was an update to Sourcer that had new permissions to add support for newspapers.com. That may have caused it to default to disabled until you reenable it?

Wikitree itself is not working!  I have "pruned" my Watchlist several times and the calculated total has not altered for a coup[le of months

Hi Doug, can you give a bit more information about what you did to "prune" your Watchlist, and what total you expected to change?

I did what the Web site said.  I went to the Wathhlist.  From there, I followed the link to the "Bulk Trusted List Changespage. From there, I selected the correct option then clicked the "Click here" option. (the one for the option, since there wasn't one for the whole page, as there should have been.)  Then I selected the profiles I wanted to remove, and clicked the "Remove" button.  A yellow screen followed, listing the profiles removed.  I waited a few days to allow the changes to go through the system, but no change was visible.  Profiles I have added are there, of course.
