Chris, I think the question is saying her gravestone shows the year 1344 but it's a typo. Maybe the gravestone (or the photo) isn't clearly legible ... maybe her death date can't be read ... maybe the 1344 is supposed to be her birth year ... or maybe Luiz doesn't know her birth year. My first thought is that, if 1344 isn't a correct year then perhaps it should be 1844, but without any more information, we just can't be able to help, can we?
