Struggling to Register for WikiTree Academy

Question

Trying to Register for WikiTree Academy but the Registration Email wont come through for some reason tried re-sending it still hasnt come through and didnt go to my spam folder.

Tried registering again with a different email address wont let me do that as my WikiID has already been used on the site.

Tried clicking the Contact Site Support button on the WikiTree Academy webpage but rather unhelpfully that just re-loads the home page doesnt actually let you contact Site Support.

Hi Suzy, this is the best place to ask for assistance!

We've encountered some challenges with the Confirmation Email, particularly with certain email hosts like yahoo.com. These hosts seem to be blocking our emails, and they don't even make it to the spam/junk folder.

To address this issue, I've implemented a new confirmation method that doesn't rely on email confirmation. Instead, there's now a 'continue' button to confirm the account. I've gone ahead and removed your previous account creation, so please go ahead and try the process again and let me know how this approach works for you.

Additionally, please note that the site's Support button is disabled for users who are logged out. This change was made to prevent spam support requests, often related to advertising carpet and air duct cleaning services. If anyone is interested in those services, just let me know, and I'll be happy to forward them your way .

I've been trying to log into the Academy which I signed up to some time ago, but it says that I don't have an Academy account. When I try to re-register, it says that my WT ID and email have already been used.

I've tried the "forgotten Password" route but no email comes through (I've checked my spam folder). I see that others had the same problem in the past, is there a nifty workaround?
