We've encountered some challenges with the Confirmation Email, particularly with certain email hosts like yahoo.com. These hosts seem to be blocking our emails, and they don't even make it to the spam/junk folder.
To address this issue, I've implemented a new confirmation method that doesn't rely on email confirmation. Instead, there's now a 'continue' button to confirm the account. I've gone ahead and removed your previous account creation, so please go ahead and try the process again and let me know how this approach works for you.
Additionally, please note that the site's Support button is disabled for users who are logged out. This change was made to prevent spam support requests, often related to advertising carpet and air duct cleaning services.
