I checked the sources that FS has. Seems whomever typed the bio put Panama instead of Pennsylvania where the sources have her birth. The FAG source is for possibly her daughter d. 1909?  FS is great for resources, but I don't trust the unsourced material.

Again, the computer generated bio in FS has zero sources for his birth or parents.

I see a newspaper article on Find A Grave that says she was burned or caught fire and died as a result.  WOW!

I'm glad you are getting the profiles tweaked and corrected. That is the important thing!
