I created 2 profiles, need to delete both and start over

Question

I have created 2 profiles by accident, and cannot correct them, or delete one or both and start over. please help me so I can be accurate here. the profile #'s are: 143065 and 143090.

What is the problem, exactly?  It looks like you've created one profile for yourself and another for your father...

If your dad's name was different from yours, you just need to edit the profile and type the correct name in the name fields.

Profile numbers include a name element - yours is Jones-143065.

Just had a quick look at your profiles and it looks an easy fix just change Christian Name from Larry Gene to James you can add Jim as  a Nickname

Once a profile is created there are no do overs or deletions, only matching and merging and corrections. If the two profiles are the same person, we merge them. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page to matches and merges. To make corrections use the edit button, make changes then save.

If you are unhappy with the profiles and they are not duplicates I believe your only recourse is editing them. I have been here only a month and am still not 100% happy with any of the profiles I have created so far. I am still working on them and have found that editing is half the fun.
