Has DNA proved Huey Pierce Long Jr & Sr descendents of Hortons (William Rochelle Horton) but raised by the Longs?

I have been told by someone doing genealogy work that William Rochelle Horton is the biological (per DNA) father of Huey P Long Sr..  I am told that Preacher Long was married to Huey's mother & therefore raised by his step father, a Preacher (surname Long).  Is there any DNA to prove this?

I found this:

James Donald Long (73431)   was born in Swinton, Missouri.  His father is Linwood S. Long, Jr.  At 85, Linwood Long  can't recall details about the family history, but claims that the family is related to First Families of Virginia (FFV) Longs and distantly related to the Huey P. I'm a Horton descendant who has heard the story about Huey P Long, Sr being the son of William Rochelle Horton, whose sister, Mariah "Mary" Jane Horton, is my direct ancestor. My GEDmatch # is A840099, and I match T842143 from the Huey P Long, Sr Wikitree page. You can check for yourself.
