How do I become the profile manager for my brother in law

Question

My brother in law, Chris Hawkings-24 passed away on November 2, 2015. Because of his untimely death, can his name be removed as Profile Manager? Although I am on his trusted list, how can I become the profile manager. Also, I want to add his wife, Ruth Hawkings (Jamieson-846) as a joint profile manager. Can you help?
