Any info on Robert Bruce Hand b.8-13-1859 Gaston County North Carolina. Tried and convicted for assault  and battery ca 1885. Went to Nassau Bahamas ca,1897 thru 1901 and then to Bermuda until 1930's

Robert Bruce Hand, aka John B Smith, died March 9, 1936 or Prostatic hypertrophy, acute suppurative parotitis/ Buried in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill, CT Listed as Notion Salesman, mother Nancy Hanks (incorrect). Mother was Nancy Catherine Beard.
