Parents and siblings of Charles D. Vincent 1793-1876

Question

I am looking for any information on the parents and/or siblings of Charles D. Vincent who was born 1793 in either Switzerland or France.  He emigrated to the U.S. from Switzerland in 1815.  He married Louise Marianne Montandon in Newark, Essex, New Jersey on 2 Apr 1820.  From there they moved to Delaware County, Ohio and then to Kankakee, Kankakee, Illinois where he died in March 1876.  I've recently been told that he may have been from Toulouse, France.  They had eight children, Mary Ann, Isaac A. Nathan S., William P., Susan T., Elizabeth Louise, Julia Louise and Mary Jane.
