What an nice couple,
Thanks for your comment...as you know when you dig up the past you find some wonderful photos. What I find interesting is how modest the women were dressed. This is the only Dr. We had in our family.
I have a photo album with this picture in it that was passed down to me from my Grandmother.  The pictures are al from this time period, including some that are tintypes.  There are very few names listed, other that that of a Bessie. Most of the photos have the photographer stamp from Riverside, CA which is where my grandparents met.  I would love to share the photo album, which I've scanned and saved out as a PDF, with someone who might be able to identify who's in the pictures.
Stan ,

Bessie was my Great great grandmother, Mary Eleanor's  sister and she married a Darwin Jones, She had 5 total  other sisters . I have the portrait of those 6 , but only a copy ....another sister named Carlotta who married a Josef Kaiser I have a note on that she died in California ...Your great Grandmother may have been Alice Julia Milner b 1864  who married S.E. Foster. Please send file to katjohn316@reagan.com

Thanks

Kathleen Johnson Townsend
I too am related to Dr Alfred and Mary Ann.  They are my great great grandparents.  I would love to see your photo album to find new photos of my ancestors.
Kathleen, I would love to see a copy of the portrait of the sisters.  They are my aunts and I would like to add to my tree.  Thank you so much.

Hi Tom,

My genealogy time is spent few and far between.  I got the bug today and came across your post as I was searching for anything that might lead to more old image identifications for this photo album.

Hre's the link to the photo album my grandmother left the family after she passed.
