Looking to find father's name of Frank Doty Sexton aka F.D. Sexton?

Question

Frank Doty Sexton was born in1853 or 1854 in PA. His father was from NH. Need help as to what his name might have been? F.D.'s  mother was said to have been born in NY. At the time of her death she was living in Washngton state with the last name of "Wiley". Can anyone help me find F.D's fathers name, also his mother Betsy's maiden name?

Thank You Very Much for the comments. However I Never said James Wiley was Frank's aka F.D. Sexton's father. What I asked was who is his real father? We have always known James Wiley was his step-father. Also how I might find his mother's maiden. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Thank You

The information i got was he was born in 1855 and his father name was James L. wiley.

I believe if you check census data you will find that James Wiley is Frank;s step father and not his parent. 

In addition, Franks father was born in the US - most likely New England - VT/NH were as James Wiley was born in Ireland.
