They would have the same parents and the same date of birth, but then may have their own spouses and children added. You would need to state other details in the biography, such as identical or fraternal twins, or other relevant info. I don't think it's standard practice to create profiles for miscarriages, but many of us have created profiles for stillborn children, whether or not they have been named. You can use the phrase "Unnamed Infant" as a first name, if you wish.
